His wife Moya, sons Tom, Bryan, Paul, daughter Elma and his brother Oliver (America) wish to express our sincere appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our very sad loss. Thanks to the large number of people who called and travelled long distances to our family home, Removal, Funeral Mass and Burial, all of whom expressed kind words and recalled fond memories. Thank you to those who sent Mass Cards, Letters of Sympathy and Floral Tributes.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Fr. Shane Crombie Chief Celebrant also Fr. John Mc Evoy, Fr. Barry Condron, Fr. Edward Daly, Fr. Noel Daly, Fr. Seamus Giles, Fr. William Cleary, Fr. Seamus Houlihan, and Fr. Liam Blaney (Kiltegan Fathers).

Special Thanks to the Primary Care Nurses and Carers and the Palliative Care Nurses.

To Professor Hollywood and his medical team in (St. Lukes Hospital Dublin.) To Dr. Mc Cormack and all the nurses and staff of Medical 2 (Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.) Our great neighbours and friends for their great kindness and support. Joe Rabbitte and Pat Kidney for their beautiful music at the Mass, members of the Knights of St. Columbanus, Grave-diggers and Management and Staff of the Tullamore Court Hotel.

Due to the huge amount of support we received it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a profound token of our appreciation.

Tom’s First Anniversary Mass will take place on Saturday 18th February 2012 at 7.30pm in the Church of the Assumption Tullamore.
